WOVEN BADGES
All our woven badges are produced to a very high quality in upto eight colours and available in a choice
of styles and finishes. Conventional badges with a white or black paper backing in with an overlocked edging.
Also available as laser cut to a shape of your choice. Heat cut iron-on badges with no overlocking,
ideal for applying to clothing neckers etc. allowing for a flatter profile.
Heat cut or laser cut with paper backing, minus the overlocked edge, ideal to sew on.
EMBROIDERED BADGES
As an alternative to woven badges our embroidered badges are
produced to the same high quality and finish,
all come with an
overlocked edge as standard, non-conventional shapes can be
accomplished with heat cutting,
this method can create an
individual and distinctive badge.
LAPEL & PIN BADGES
Our enamel badges come in a range of finishes to suit all budgets and applications.
Hard Enamel (cloisonne) the ultimate in quality and finish, fine powdered glass fired at a very high temperature.
Imitation Hard Enamel (soft cloisonne), - a budget conscious alternative to hard enamel but equal in quality and finish.
Brass Soft Enamel as the name implies is enamel applied and fired at 1600c - the most cost effective badges that are equal
in visual appearance as both hard and imitation enamel badges.
Photo Etched Soft Enamel badges are made by transferring your design from photographic negatives on to the surface of the metal by chemical reaction.
Colours are then filled by hand between the raised metal details to create your badge.
Pennants
Printed or embroidered pennants are a great way of showing off your club, organisation or sports team, with your logo or event. Pennants are a cost effective alternative to medals or other types of commemorative gift, making them fantastic mementos as well as an ideal solution.
